Twago is a marketplace and coordination service for professional training. The awarding organisation for each certification is identified on the relevant programme page. Twago does not claim to be an accreditation or awarding body unless expressly stated.
Privacy and GDPR
Twago processes account, booking and support data to deliver requested services, meet tax and legal obligations and provide customer support. Production deployment must publish the final controller identity, retention schedule, lawful bases, processor list and data-subject request contact.
Cancellation and refunds
Final cancellation, substitution and refund terms must be configured per programme and displayed before payment. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Necessary cookies support security and account sessions. Optional analytics and marketing technologies must remain disabled until the visitor provides consent.
